PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you about the way in which personal data is handled by Most-Projekt Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań, and about the rights of data subjects.

Personal data is processed in order to deal with matters related to correspondence, possibly pursuing claims or defending against claims. Everyone has the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion (in justified cases) or restriction of processing, and to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
